TRAINER JASON OLMSTEAD HAS 2YOs READY IN REMINGTON PARK TRAINING RACES WEDNESDAY, WINS THREE, INCLUDING FASTEST TIME OF DAY
OKLAHOMA CITY – March 4, 2020 – Trainer Jason Olmstead’s 2-year-old Quarter Horses were smoking hot Wednesday, winning three training races of seven, and one – One Kool Dreamer – recorded the fastest time of the day for 250 yards.
In the second race, One Kool Dreamer outlasted Seven, the six-horse, by a half-length in a time of :13.502, good enough for an 80 speed index over the fast track. All other winners were in the 60s and 70s for speed index. Seven ran a :13.587, which was good enough to win several of the other training races had he competed in them. Ramiro Garcia rode One Kool Dreamer for Olmstead and owner Brenda Reiswig. Seven is trained by Clint Crawford for Ray Merrill and Greg Cullum.
Olmstead’s other winners Wednesday were CR Appollitical Joe in the third race, :13.861, 66 speed index, for owners Dick & Curt Tobin; and Tres Evidence in the fifth race, :13.582, 77, for History Farms.

Race 4 – BV Georgy Girl, :13.586, 77, Eddie Lee Willis, Bella Vista Farms

Race 7 – La Fontaine, an Appaloosa, :13.866, 66, Carlos Ruiz, Reynaldo Ruiz
Wednesday’s training races were held under overcast skies with temperatures in the mid-50s and a northerly tailwind between 10-14mph.
The 2019 Remington Park Quarter Horse season begins Friday and continues for 50 dates, through Saturday, May 30.
