Monday, January 29, 2018 - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma -  The return of American Quarter Horses, Paints and Appaloosas at Remington Park next week will also mark the beginning of the pre-season training races. The entries for the first day of training races are due in the racing office this Friday, Feb. 2.

Entries will be taken until Noon-Central on Friday, Feb. 2 for the initial training races of the pre-season on Wed., Feb. 7. Remington Park conducts training races, normally until the end of March, allowing horsemen to gain experience for horses preparing to make their career debuts. The training races on Feb. 7 are scheduled to begin at 11am-Central. 

Horses will return to Remington Park on February 5 with morning training underway on February 6. 

The 2018 American Quarter Horse, Paint and Appaloosa Season at Remington Park begins with a weekend of activity Friday, March 9 thru Sunday, March 11. The first race on Opening Night, March 9 is at 6pm. The first race on Saturday, March 10 starts at 4pm. Sunday action on March 11 is underway at 1:30pm.
